Directors

Transitions Charitable Fund was created in order to provide treatment for parents dealing with the disease of addiction.   The charity was formed with the goal of providing the best level of treatment and duration needed in order for parents to fully recover and heal so that their children will be able to have a sober, stable parent while growing up.  We are extremely grateful to the generous people who make donations big or small that enable this charity to exist and help so many people in need.
